Amy Gayles was very professional and friendly when we met for our Subaru Encore Delivery Appt. She showed me tips and tricks for my new Forester and walked me through how to schedule an appointment. This new service is great and makes it feel as though you always have an extra contact at the dealership for service and questions. Also, Fred Hinder was great in showing me cars and allowing me to choose without any pressure - was a very comfortable process the entire time, I highly recommend both employees!

I puchased a 2017 Subaru Oubtack in mid June and was told I would be getting a follow-up to go over all of the functions of my car. Just as stated, I received an email with the option of scheduling an appointment. I showed up early and Amy Gayles was waiting for me. She was extremely warm and engaging, and she showed me some things I had not previously known regarding all of the various buttons and controls. She made it all very simple, and I enjoyed her humor as well. When the appointment was over, she gave me a gift/gas card to Wawa and nice little notepad and pen that I will keep in my car. She assured me I could call her with any future questions I might have.. I am very happy with my car, and appreciated the timely follow up with Amy! She did a great job.

I knew what I was looking for in my next car. I looked around some. In Jersey, Pennsylvania, And on the internet around the area. Nobody had what I wanted, in stock. So I decided to come back to Jones where I had purchased a used car, about five years ago. They didn't think that they had what I was looking for in stock, when I called late on Friday night. So my intention was to go in on Saturday and order my car. When I get there, they had come up with my dream car. Now we just needed to get prices worked in to fit my desired budget. We worked thru things to make the setup I needed and wanted. The people I worked with were not pushy. It was a relaxed environment. I left feeling good about my deal. And the more I drive my new car, the more I enjoy the ride. And it doesn't end there. The follow up support and care for my future with this car and Jones Bel Air Subaru, helps me feel relaxed that I have there support. For example, questions that arise from my reading the manuals lead me to being able to get help from Ms. Amy Gayles, which can answer or get me help to any needs I might have.
