Meet the Bel Air Subaru Staff

When you visit us at Bel Air Subaru to shop for your next vehicle or come in for service, we want you to feel taken care of. Providing that level of attention to details means having a robust staff, which is exactly what you'll find at our Bel Air, MD location. Our team is made up of men and women who're passionate about the automotive industry, the Subaru brand, and, of course, customer service.

When you first come through the doors (or call in), you'll be greeted by reception staff. They'll help point you in the right direction depending on your dealership needs. If it's to buy a new or used vehicle, then the direction will be towards our friendly sales team, and no they won't simply put you into the most expensive model. They'll truly listen to help find the sedan or crossover that fits your lifestyle and your budget.

From there, our experienced finance staff will work to land on a monthly payment plan that works with your budget. We also don't believe in those old dealership negotiating games, and we'll make sure that before you leave the numbers make sense so you can feel in control as you make the next move.

If you're here for scheduled maintenance or getting a genuine Subaru accessory mounted, you'll meet with our service or parts department. We've got a great staff that knows how to keep your Subaru humming along, and our Express Service Technicians will start the process as quickly as possible.

There are behind the scenes members you may not see often, but know they're busy in their offices making sure the dealership runs smoothly, staying abreast of industry information, and working to make sure all our staff has up-to-date knowledge on the brand and best customer service practices.
